Another Creative Perspective (ACP) is the art & writing club on campus! We plan events to celebrate the arts on campus and encourage artistic expression. We host monthly studio art nights where we welcome free artistic expression. Our goal is to host a variety of events centered around expression, and we hope to encourage artists of any background to expand their talents. ACP explores all art forms and welcomes students to engage in various styles with several mediums. All are welcome to join us! Our mission is to increase campus engagement with the arts and to provide a creative outlet for the students here on campus.

We host fun and easy to do DIY crafts during common hour or during the evening. Come get creative with us and enjoy inexpensive (if not FREE) crafts!! No skills needed, just a desire to have fun. We also host an off-campus craft at various local businesses (ex. Painting with a Twist, The Pottery Place, and Board & Brush) for a reduced price while seats last. Join our club and keep an eye out for email sign ups as we open these crafts to a limited number of members!

Students are encouraged to come join the dance team as a stress relief and for a chance to have fun with other dedicated dancers. These dancers have the opportunity to learn new dances and perform for the entire campus during the basketball team's half time. Basketball game performances are during the fall semester. During the spring semester dancers put together a unique Spring Show expressing all the hard work they have dedicated throughout the semester. This show has a variety of dance styles and is choreographed and performed by the students.

Every fall and spring semester, JHA Riding Academy teaches lessons for the ACPHS Riding Club. These lessons generally begin in September and run into December as finals approach. They are then picked up once more in February and end sometime in May, as the academic school year comes to a close. Those who are a part of the riding club may take weekly lessons or enjoy other activities the club hosts such as volunteer opportunities. Our mission is to allow students to find time away from their books and spend it with the horses which can be very therapeutic.

Hello! And welcome to the best club on campus. We're free, and there's no commitment required. We meet most Saturdays of the semester from 6-8 pm in PCL rooms 8 and 10, or more recently, on Zoom. Each day that we meet has a theme to promote a select few of the games in our collection, but we always bring the rest of the games that we have to ensure that everyone can find something to play. We gather to relax and have a little fun playing board games. Although our club has nothing to do with why we are going to school, it's always important to relax a little bit to unwind, and maybe make some good friends in the process. We are open to any and everyone, and we hope to see you there!

Mission Statement: Promote optimal holistic health awareness of mind, body, and soul by using an integrative approach of allopathic and complementary alternative medicine.

IMC holds events for learning about alternative medicine such as herbals, acupuncture, and meditation. In the past, we have had guest speakers talk about herbal medicine, bioidentical hormones, and medical marijuana. We have also hosted compounding events to bring people together such as making soap, chapstick, deodorant, candles, bath bombs, and toothpaste. Other past events include yoga, meditation, and an annual plant sale.

The purpose of the Sexuality and Gender Alliance (SAGA) is to make ACPHS a safe and welcoming place for students, faculty, and staff of all gender identities and sexual orientations. Through educational events and meetings, the club aims to help students and administration feel comfortable with themselves and open the campus’ eyes on LGBTQ+ topics. Going even further, SAGA aims to de-stigmatize the conversation surrounding sexuality and gender and create an atmosphere of freedom to express one’s gender and sexual identity.

SPAHC embraces the power of music in providing healing and comfort for patients in medical institutions. Our goal is to fulfill the need for patients and residents to be comforted and assured by creating a peaceful environment through live music and patient interaction.

We are the one and only music group here on campus! We're made up of 3 groups: band, choir, strings. Each group meets for approximately 1 - 1.5 hours to rehearse each week. As a student run organization, our rehearsals are taught and run by our officers who also have a passion for music. Some of our performances include Open Mic Night, and right here on campus in the Student Center Atrium! We accept musicians of all skill levels. We also host events to get all of campus involved, even if you don't play and instrument such as Karaoke Night and Musical Jeopardy Night!
